MYSIA. Pergamon. Circa 166-67 BC. Cistophoric Tetradrachm (Silver, 26 mm, 12.05 g, 1 h), c. 85-76. Basket (cista mystica) from which snake coils; around, ivy wreath with fruits. Rev. Two snakes coiled around a bow case; between the snake heads, monogram of ΠΡΥ; to left, monogram of ΠΕΡΓ; above, ΦΙ; to right, snake coiled around thyrsos. Kleiner, Hoard 50. SNG BN 1754-56. Well centered and struck. Light porosity, otherwise, good very fine.
