Leo I, 457-474. Half Siliqua (Silver, 15 mm, 1.11 g, 6 h), Contemporary imitation copying Constantinople. D N LEO PE-PRET AVG (sic) Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Leo I to right. Rev. SAL/ REI/PVI / CONS* in three lines within wreath. RIC 650 (for prototype). Cf. RSC 12†a. Well centered and with excellent, crisp details. Extremely fine.
