Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ As (25mm, 10.04 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck AD 124-128. Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Galley left, with oarsmen: at the bow a mast raking forward with sails attached but not unfurled, at the stern is a stern-post and an arched cabin under a curved aplustre. RIC II 674 corr. (bust type). Good VF, dark green patina with patches of reddish-brown, deposits on the reverse.
