Philippines 1928 P-21 PMG Fine 12 200 Pesos (Low S/N 147)
The 200 Pesos issued by the "Bank of the Philippine Islands" was issued with just two years: 1912 and 1928 (an earlier issue with the same design was dated 1908 but printed in Spanish). The entire print run of the two English dates was 1,760 notes, of which 1,060 were dated 1928. With such a small print run it is no surprise that this has become a very challenging type to acquire, and it is surely missing from many collections. Printed signatures of D. Garcia and F. Borromeo.
