France. Charles V (1364-1380). Gold Franc a Pied, undated. Armored king with sword and scepter, standing under Gothic dais. Rev. Floriated cross in quadrilobe. 3.73g (Fr 284; Dup 360). A lovely lustrous coin and little or no evidence of wear. Unlisted in the PCGS Pop, probably the only one graded. In PCGS holder graded MS 62. Estimated Value $1,500 - UP
