RESTITVT - OR REIP, Valens standing facing, head right, with grounded labarum with Chi-Rho banner in right hand and Victory on globe in outstretched left hand; OF in left field, star over I in right, CONST in exergue. RIC IX 6d.8. AR. 2.02 g. 17.50 mm. Slightly porous surfaces, obverse legend blundered, toned. Possibly a contemporary forgery. VF.
