L&M-557; K-513; KM-Y-183A.3; WS-0495. Spiked horn (large scales) variety with dotted "kuang" and hooked "sheng," and without dot in Manchu script. Lightly handled and, as noted, very lightly cleaned, this "dragon Dollar" from the waning years of imperial China emanates from a mint popular by its various die varieties. A pleasing gray color throughout, with solid overall detail remaining.
