Fr-270; Dup-249; Ciani-282. Obverse: Philippe seated facing on throne, holding sword; coat-of-arms to right; all within tressure of arches; Reverse: Ornate cross fleuree, with voided quatrefoil at center and leaves in quarters; all within polylobe, with arches ending in trefoils. Quite evenly and boldly struck for the type, this specimen yields strong legends and even pleasing facial detail. As such, a Choice and highly enchanting example for the emission.
