Emanating from the final year of issue, this Mint State example does exhibit some minor striking weakness upon the bust, but nevertheless is without handling or problem, and displays some enticing brilliance in the fields and some golden-orange allure shimmering throughout. The sole finest seen for the date at PCGS, and fairly SCARCE thus.
