Fr-9; KM-28. In the name of Emperor Ferdinand III. Despite displaying some light damage in the form of a small countermark between the legs of the emperor, this fairly RARE one-year type enchants with great remaining detail and a level of preservation that would seemingly be a bit higher than its designation would otherwise indicate.
