Obverse: Head of Ares left, wearing crested Corinthian helmet decorated with griffin; Reverse: Athena advancing right, holding shield with both hands, spear leans against her; grape bunch to right. This example has deep brown patina and a sharply-struck obverse. Some spots of green encrustation are noted.
