HGC-2, 1450; SNG ANS-844. Obverse: Head of Herakles left, wearing lion-skin headdress; Reverse: Athena Promachos advancing right, holding thunderbolt and shield. Though the reverse is off-center and slightly rough, the obverse displays a handsome image of Herakles in sharp detail. The surfaces show attractive brown patina.
