HGC-4, 478; SNG Lockett-1555 (this coin illustrated). Obverse: Head and neck of bull right; Reverse: Head of bridled horse to left; ΛA before; all within incuse square. This well-provenanced silver minor displays deep toning and attractive detail. While the obverse is rather off-center, the reverse is quite bold and complete. A charming example of this SCARCE type.
