HGC-4, 1597; Kroll-8. Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena right; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent to left; all within incuse square. This charming Athenian Tetradrachm displays great detail, complemented by deep toning with hints of iridescence. The reverse is slightly rough in the fields but offers a bold owl.
