HGC-4, 1597; Kroll-8. Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena right; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent to left; all within incuse square. A strongly detailed Tetradrachm with lovely dusty-gray toning complemented by generous underlying luster in the fields. A pleasingly problem-free example of this iconic type.
