HGC-4, 1848; Pegasi-426; BCD Corinth-101. Obverse: Pegasos flying left; Reverse: Helmeted head of Athena left; A to lower left; to right, P and eagle standing left, head right. This lovely Stater displays bold detail and old cabinet toning. The reverse is especially well-struck from a die of attractive style. The obverse shows some die flaws on the fields, but remains quite presentable on the almost perfectly circular flan.
