HGC-4, 1848; Pegasi-458. Obverse: Pegasos flying left; koppa below; Reverse: Helmeted head of Athena left; Δ−Ι to either side, Athena Nikephora standing left behind. A choice example with lovely dove-gray toning. While the obverse is struck from a slightly worn die, the reverse is razor sharp and attractively detailed.
