This group of mostly Syracusan bronze types includes issues from a wide span of rulers and time periods in the Ancient Greek period, including Hieron II, Agathokles, and Pyrrhos. Also includes a few pieces from other Greek cities of Sicily. The coins exhibit attractive details and nice patina with brown and green colors. Each piece includes its own collector's attribution. An exciting study group for the collector interested in this fascinating period of Sicilian history.
