BHM-2464; Eimer-1457. By W. & L. C. Wyon. Diameter: 77mm. Obverse: Jugate heads left of Albert and Victoria, laureate; trident head to right, two dolphins below; Reverse: Industry seated left, head right, holding rope, being crowned by Fame standing right and attended by Commerce, standing left and holding caduceus; lion to left, prow of boat to right; in exergue, various symbols of commerce and industry. Presenting uncharacteristically clean fields and surfaces, along with brick red nature to the overall color, this impressive specimen undoubtedly yields great eye appeal and is one of the finer available of the type.
