The July 23, 1953 date was the first and only series of these type B 100 Bolivares printed by TDLR. The 1953 TDLR series was quickly pulled and redesigned because of the offensive "Bolivar orejon" design. At the time of cataloging, PMG has graded 18 examples of this issued note, with this note sitting at the top of the population report.
