Printed by ABNC. Capital Bs. 400,000. First date of May 1, 1921. This is the plate note for Richard Rosenman's book Billetes de Venezuela, as well as the Banknote Museum website. General Rafael Urdaneta is depicted at center, whilst gauchos roping cattle are on the reverse. Just two notes have been encapsulated by the grading service for this incredibly rare issued type, with this note being Top Pop. PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
