This is the plate note for the book Billetes de Venezuela by Richard Rosenman. An incredibly rare type, as this is the only example listed on PMG's population report for this issued variety. Surely missing from even the most advanced Venezuelan paper collections, and this note is sure to attract spirited bidding when it crosses the auction block. PMG Pop 1/No Others Graded.
