Printed by Waterlow & Sons LTD. Four hole cancellations with dual specimen overprints. Excellent use of colors is found on this 100 Bolivares specimen. The undertint, along with the signature panel, is comprised of yellow and aqua ink. Dark ruby red guilloche encasing the central "100" die counter. At left, an allegorical figure is writing onto a scroll which is held by a cherub. Mercury is depicted on the reverse, interacting with a cherub. The back design is comprised of dark forest green ink. Just three examples of this variety have been graded by PMG.
