Printed by W&S. Dated January 31, 1931. The 100 Bolivares was the highest denomination issued by the Banco Venezolano de Credito. It is also the highest denomination for the Waterlow & Sons printed series. Encasing the central die counter is a large red guilloche. At left is an allegorical female writing in a book held by a cherub. Mercury is depicted on the reverse interacting with a cherub. This is the plate note for the book Billetes de Venezuela by Richard Rosenman.
