Printed by ABNC. Triple poc's with red specimen overprints and solid zero serial numbers. Interesting color combination of yellow undertint and aqua signature panel & underprints. Dark blue reverse design inspired heavily by geometric shapes, with arms at left and the bank name at center. The obverse features Simon Bolivar at right, and a detailed mining scene at left. PMG comments "Previously Mounted".
