Printed by ABNC. Dated April 21, 1936. Long plate. Lovely orange and green undertints on obverse. Burn orange ink is used for the design on the reverse. Good eye appeal found for the assigned mid-grade. This is the plate note for Richard Rosenman's book Billetes de Venezuela. PMG comments "Minor Rust". PMG Pop 3/1 Finer.
