Overprint on Philippines P-100. Signatures of M. Roxas - M. Guevara. A fantastically scarce item in higher grades. The note is found with simply overwhelming appeal with a solid impression of the design and strictly original paper throughout. Deep purple color makes up the intricate back design and the Central bank overprint and "VICTORY" overprint are both clear and well defined.
