Colima Rattle Figure. A rare Colima figure from West Mexico, c. 300 BC – 300 AD. It is 4" high and depicts a seated individual with legs crossed and hands folded. He is wearing a loincloth and is adorned with ear ornaments, bracelets and a jaunty coif. The rotund body is hollow and contains rattles. Ex Arnold collection. Value range $300-$400.
