CILICIA, Mallos. Circa 390-385 BC. AR Stater (18.5mm, 10.94 g, 12h). Winged male figure advancing left, holding solar disk with both hands / Swan standing right; on its back, an eagle stands right, preening it; ΜΑΡΛΟ to right; all within shallow incuse circle. Casabonne Type 2; SNG BN –; SNG Levante –; Traité IV 1394, pl. CXXXVII, 20 = SNG Hunterian 933 (same dies). Lightly toned, some die wear. VF. Very rare.
