Kadman, Akko –; Rosenberger –; RPC IX –; Rouvier –; Sofaer –. Earthen brown patina, roughness, scrape on obverse. Fine. Extremely rare, unpublished.

There were no known coins of Trebonianus Gallus from Ace-Ptolemais prior to this coin's discovery. Although not in a great state of preservation, the key portion of the legend is clear, BO GALLV, leaving little doubt to the emperor's identity.
