DИ IЧSTI NIANЧSPP (S's and Ч retrograde), Diademed bust of Justinian II facing with short beard, wearing chlamys, holding globus cruciger. VICTORIΛ AVGЧS• (S retrograde), Cross potent with terminal pellets over four steps; R in left field; CONOB in exergue. The first example we have had the pleasure of handling and struck with the upmost confidence, only the upper reverse legend admitting some softness. These appreciable devices are accompanied by a lively palette of scarlet and cobalt gripping the silhouettes. The finest graded at NGC by 4 whole points, sure to draw the attention of discerning collectors.
