Diademed head of deified Alexander III right, with horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧOΥ, Athena seated left, Nike in right hand crowning royal name, resting left elbow on shield decorated with lion head boss, transverse spear beyond; palm branch in outer left field, enthroned cult image facing above in inner left field.
