Diademed head of Nicomedes IV right / BAΣIΛEΩΣ / EΠIΦANOΥΣ / NIKOMHΔOΥ, Zeus standing facing, head left, nude to waist, crowning name with wreath in outstretched right hand, grounded scepter in left; eagle standing left on thunderbolt above TPHYM monogram and EΣ (date) stacked in inner left field. DCA 445. HGC 6, 646. Bright flan with strong flow lines and light copper toning. A magnificent example.
