Heracles kneeling left, both arms wrapped around neck of the Nemean lion, which crouches right, trying to bite Heracles' right leg; club right below / MAP, bearded, laureate head of Cronos(?) right. SNG Levante 154 var. (head left). SNG France 2, 402. A remarkably crisp portrait rendered from Fine Style dies compliments the dynamic scene of the obverse.
