Zeno-281958, ruler cited as al-malik al-mu'azzam sultan al-dawla bugra khaqan, extremely rare mint (near Taraz) known only for silver dirhams dated AH431; minimal weakness, VF, RRR. This mint was unknown to Kochnev, now known from just two on Zeno plus this piece, the third known example.
