Watch List notes:

AMIR OF FARWAN: Ahmad b. Yusuf, 945-959, AR dirham (2.57g), Balkh, AH323 (sic), A-U1478, K&K, citing Ahmad b. Yusuf below the reverse and the caliph al-Radi (AH322-329); clear mint & date on the obverse, some central weakness, unpublished, VF, RRR. Ahmad b. Yusuf is normally cited only on dirhams of Farwan dated 334-335 and some copper fulus of the 340s. His role before AH334 is unknown. Since al-Radi and Ahmad b. Yusuf are both cited on the reverse, this piece must have been issued no later than AH329, but the obverse die dated AH323 may have been an obsolete obverse die.
