"Yehonatan the High Priest and the Council of the Jews" in classic-style paleo-Hebrew within wreath / Two cornucopias splayed outward, adorned with ribbons; pomegranate/poppy between. Cf. Hendin 6181; TJC P; Sofaer 274-313. Dark green patina, thick earthen deposits. Near VF. Double struck both sides.
