Egypt - Set of 5 Silver Coins 10, 20 Piasters 1923, 1937 - VF-XF Late in the Ottoman period, many different currencies went into the Land of Israel, due to it being a transit country between different continents, nations and cultures. Markets and stores were used especially in Egyptian currencies until the issuance of the British Mandate coins.
