Henry I Penny ND (1100-1135) MS62 NGC, Southwark mint, S-1275. 1.38gm. Pellets in quatrefoil type. Crowned facing bust, scepter in right hand, star in right field / quatrefoil with star in center and pellets on limbs, terminal annulets, lis in each angle. Unsurprisingly the second finest graded by NGC, showcasing a substantial degree of detail that is decorated with amber tone glowing in the recesses and pilot-light blue atop the highpoints. Sold with old dealer's tag.
