Nero. AD 54-68. Æ Dupondius (29mm, 12.53 g, 6h). Lugdunum (Lyon) mint. Struck circa AD 66. Laureate head right, globe at point of neck / Securitas seated right, resting elbow on back of chair and head on hand, holding scepter; to right, torch leaning against garlanded and lighted altar. RIC I 518; WCN 523; Lyon 203. Dark brown patina, slight rub on high points, minor smoothing on obverse, reverse a little rough. Good VF.
