AUSTRIA, Holy Roman Empire. Archduchy of Austria. Leopold V. Archduke, 1619-1632. AR Box Taler – Schraubtaler (42mm, 10.79 g). Hall mint. Dated 1632. Crowned and armored half-length bust right, holding scepter and resting hand on hilt of sword / Crowned and collared coat-of-arm. Moser & Tursky 508; KM 62.4; Davenport 3367. Toned with some iridescence, areas of weakness, circulation marks and small dings on obverse. Fine. Includes handpainted roundel of Mary Magdelene and the Risen Christ (separated from case) in good condition.
