CILICIA, Tarsos. Tiribazos. Satrap of Lydia, 388-380 BC. AR Obol (9mm, 0.66 g, 2h). Struck circa 387/6-381 BC. Ba'al standing left, holding eagle and scepter; monogram to left / Crowned half-length figure of Ahura-Mazda right, holding flower; TRZ (in Aramaic) to left. Casabonne Series 1; cf. Goktürk 16 (for obv. type); cf. SNG BN 234 (same); otherwise, unpublished in the standard references. Rough surfaces. VF. Extremely rare.
