Charioteer driving slow quadriga left; above, Nike flying left, crowning horses; [in exergue, lizard left, about to catch fly] / Forepart of man-headed bull left. Jenkins, Gela, Group VIII, 469 (O91/R181); HGC 2, 355; SNG Copenhagen 270 (same dies); Boston MFA 246 = Warren 231 (same dies); Jameson 586 (same dies). Toned, overstruck on uncertain type (traces of undertype visible on reverse), flan flaws and struck with worn die on obverse. VF.
