Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / River-god Istros reclining left, resting elbow on urn from which water flows, placing hand on ship beside him. HH&J 8.36.32.4; AMNG 2067; RPC VII.2 1296; Varbanov 5264. Dark green patina, minor roughness. VF. Very rare.
