M AVPHΛIOC OVYPOC KAIC, bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / OVΛΠIAC ΠAVTAΛIAC, River-god Strymon reclining left on rocks, holding branch and reed, reeds growing at his feet. Tachev Pautalia 11 var. (O6/R–, without extra reeds at feet); Ruzicka 29 var. (same); RPC IV.1 8765 var. (same); Varbanov 4430 var. (same). Dark green patina, short flan crack, minor earthen deposits. VF. Extremely rare and unpublished variety.
