Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from the front / River-god Hebrus reclining left on waves, resting elbow on urn from which water flows, placing hand on ship beside him. Varbanov, Philippopolis XVI.19.2 (this coin); Mouchmov, Philippopolis 447; Varbanov 1644. Dark green patina, minor smoothing. VF. Rare.
