Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Hadrian, laureate and togate, standing right in slow quadriga right, holding eagle tipped scepter in left hand and laurel branch in right; to right, Alexandria standing facing, head left, raising hand in greeting and holding vexillum; above, Nike flying left; L IE (date) in exergue. Köln 1038; Dattari (Savio) 1596; K&G 32.511; RPC III 5782; Emmett 966.15. Red-brown patina, light roughness. VF. Very rare.
