HUNNIC TRIBES, in Baktria and Sogdiana, Imitation of Hormizd IV, 790 to 810 AD. AR Drachm (3.21 gm; 30 mm). Obverse, Sasanian-style bust turning right, three different countermarks on the outer ring, reverse Fire altar with attedants, imitation pahlavi letters "Bish" (mint Bishapur), and date 11 with imitation of pahlavi letters. Choice VF. Lightly toned. Extremely rare.
