REX ., armoured and draped bust left with falling lace collar, within wreath, rev. crowned shield within Garter, 1642 on plain border, within wreath, 57mm x 41mm, 16.43g (Eimer 167a [same reverse die]; MI i 360/231 [same reverse die]), some hairlines scratches across the face and a touch of rub to higher points, otherwise the gilt largely intact, very fine and rare.
