Rev. Figure of Victory flying left with palm frond and laurel wreath; city below. Commemorating the bloody capturing of Mons during the War of the Spanish Succession. Mahogany envelops the skillfully engraved devices, including the early 18th-century city view of Mons. Admitting some contact marks, this example shares the top spot in the NGC census.
